I have captured several times Carabus (limnocarabus) clathratus in the south of France and north of Belgium. The common point: easily flooded mediums, wet substrate, beside water, it does not matter the vegetation but in biotopes " opened" (not in forest)

sur la photo 1 il s'agit de Polyphylla albertischulzi endémique de Creta, pas P. boryi !
sur la photo 2 il s'agit de Cetonia asiatica, et pas P. afflicta...
sur la photo 4 un doute existe entre Anoxia cretica et A. matutinalis ?
